  • Soft brown sugar shortbread is infused with rosemary and topped with a tangy lemon glaze

• Chocolate - dipped Lavender Shortbread

  • Our classic lavender shortbread, but dipped in Lindt dark chocolate

• Cranberry Pistachio Sage Shortbread

  • Pistachio is enhanced with the flavour of fresh sage in this shortbread, than dipped in a cranberry glaze.

• Chocolate Candy CaneShortbread

  • Rich chocolate shortbread, dipped in Lindt white chocolate and coated with crushed candy cane.

• Buttered Rum Shortbread

  • Similar to a Hot Buttered Rum drink, we infused our brown sugar shortbread with cinnamon and nutmeg. For extra flavour we included toffee bits and dipped it all in a dark rum glaze.
